One number reaches Sergei Dergunov, the owner and the person who does the repairs, rather than a dispatcher. No phone maze and no call center: he listens to what the appliance is doing, asks the diagnostic questions, and gives you an honest answer about what he can do.

How to reach Sergei

Phone

(509) 866-6767. This is the fastest route and the one that gets you the most useful answer, because a two-minute conversation about the symptom often narrows the problem before anyone drives out.

Text

The same number takes texts. Useful for sending a model number or a photo of a rating plate, which is often what makes a one-visit repair possible.

The form

If it is easier than calling, use the form below. It asks for the appliance, the brand, and the model number for the same reason the phone call does.

Request a Repair

What happens after you get in touch

Worth explaining because it is short and not what most people expect from a repair company.

You describe the problem to the person who will fix it. He asks the diagnostic questions there and then, and on a good share of calls can tell you what he expects to find. If it is something he can already tell you is not worth repairing, he will say so on that call rather than book a visit to confirm it. If you would rather have it confirmed in person anyway, he will come out for the service call.

If a visit makes sense, it goes on the schedule with the likely parts identified, and you get the day and a window. There is no arrival time guarantee, but we will do our very best. There is a more complete explanation on the same-day repair page.

After the job you get an invoice receipt, which carries the warranty term for that specific repair. Keep it, because that is the document needed for a warranty claim. The terms are on the warranty page.

Where he is based, and where he goes

Based at 4501 S Sumac Dr, Spokane, WA 99223, on the South Hill.

All work is done in your home. There is no shop, no drop-off, and no bench repair, so the address is where the business is registered, not somewhere to bring an appliance.

Service runs across the Spokane area and into North Idaho at the same rate on either side of the state line, with no distance surcharge. The full list is at Service area.

What to have ready when you call

Four things, and they matter more than people expect. Together they are what turn a diagnostic visit into a repair visit.

The brand: LG, Whirlpool, Samsung, Maytag, GE, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, and so on.

The model number: usually on a sticker inside the door, behind the kick plate, or along the door frame. This is the single most useful item on the list.

What the appliance is actually doing: as specifically as possible. Not cooling and cooling but not enough are two different repairs.

Whether anything is at risk right now: food thawing, water on the floor, or a washer stopped partway through a cycle with the door locked. That is what decides urgency.

Hours

Seven days a week, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

There is no weekend or holiday surcharge: a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday is billed like a weekday.

There is no 24-hour line and no after-hours line. Outside those hours, the phone still takes a message.

If something is going wrong right now

Before you call, and straight from him.

Leaking washer or dishwasher. Unplug it, shut the valves.

Water you cannot stop. Turn off the main line to the property, or call the city.

Gas. Leave, then call the gas company before any repair call.

Warm fridge or freezer. Door shut, add ice.

The reasoning behind each of those, and how urgent calls get prioritized, is on the same-day repair page.

Ready when you are

Call (509) 866-6767. Text the same number if that is easier, and send the model number if you have it.

You will be talking to Sergei, who will be the one doing the repair.
